November 1: clarify the intended model
This edition reviews and edits every root HTML page. It preserves detailed policy subjects, restores discussion paragraphs omitted by the old conversion, and replaces contradictory claims with explicit mechanisms, calculations or choices requiring a decision.
Changes include the healthcare funding model, education cost reconciliation, GRT credits, account compounding, age-cohort timing, fiscal and defense totals, local/state authority, regional energy assumptions, outreach claims and feedback readback language.
Implemented
- Reframed the homepage and overview around capitalism, social needs and wider economic participation.
- Integrated the high-density transitional housing proposal and pilot brief.
- Replaced conflicting headline forecasts with a single published arithmetic reference and consistent downloads.
- Exposed the $301.6B Year 1 reference funding gap instead of labeling the budget balanced.
- Corrected tax-credit arithmetic, compounding examples and inconsistent sensitivity claims.
- Distinguished resident housing savings from birth-seeded investment accounts.
- Simplified navigation and added shared page styling, descriptions, canonical links and keyboard focus treatment.
- Preserved prior public core pages and model downloads as dated historical material.
- Removed blanket homepage fallback so missing pages can return a genuine not-found response.
- Corrected the feedback success destination and removed unsupported storage assurances; no form submission was performed.
Still requires decisions or independent work
- Taxable receipts base definition and measurement
- Final tax-credit and penalty formula
- Long-term spending and payroll transition
- Emergency reserve target and funding
- Account shortfall and early-access rules
- Housing operating budget, ownership, eligibility and duration
- Alliance membership and fiscal scope
- Verification of the configured feedback recipient and authorized delivery test
- A complete independently reviewed financial model and dated external sources
- Full assistive-technology testing and real mobile-device testing
Interpretation
This is an editorial and arithmetic correction release. It does not enact a tax, set final eligibility terms, adopt a national budget, announce available residences or establish economic viability. Earlier long-term claims are preserved in the archive for comparison, rather than silently substituted with new forecasts.
