Accountable Infinite Prosperity / Project 2075

Housing that helps people build capital.

The AIP housing proposal focuses on a stable place to live and a practical path toward independent housing.

Proposed framework · Updated November 1, 2026

A reusable community investment

Public or community funding establishes high-density residences. Qualifying households make required payments during a defined stay. Most of the payment accumulates in a personal account, while a proposed portion contributes to additional residences. The household leaves with its accumulated savings and the residence serves someone else.

The mechanism in detail

Different from the birth-seeded account

Housing savings come from the resident’s own payments. They do not depend on the proposed birth-seeded Stability Account reaching a particular value or being available before retirement. The two mechanisms must have separate accounting and clearly stated access rules.

The finish line

What the resident owns

The resident accumulates money, not a deeded share of the residence. In the example, $900 of each $1,000 monthly payment belongs to the household and $100 stays in the construction fund. The building remains available for successive households.

That distinction should appear in the participation agreement and on every statement. Ownership of savings, the right to occupy the residence and responsibility for expenses are separate rights and obligations.
